Does HEALTH ED sell customer contact information?
HEALTH ED does not sell or rent to anyone the information you have entrusted to us. We do not share your personal information with other companies who want to market their products or services to you.
How do I register for a seminar?
1) Register online with a credit card
2) Mail in your registration form with payment or purchase order
How do I register for an eLearning program?

What forms of payment do you accept?
1) Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
2) Check or Money Order - payable to HEALTH ED. Check Requisitions are not considered payment.
Notice of Electronic Check Conversion: Checks are converted into electronic debits. If paying by check, please be aware that you are authorizing HEALTH ED to use the information on your check to make a one-time electronic debit to your checking account. This electronic debit will be for the amount indicated on your check and will be processed immediately upon receiving your registration. If sufficient funds are not available at the time of processing, attempts to electronically collect the funds will continue to be made until funds are available. A $35 non-sufficient funds fee will be debited from your account for each attempt to collect on a NSF payment.
3) Purchase Order - include a copy of the original purchase order with the following information - PO number, company name & address, and any other billing address. Purchase Order Requisitions are not considered payment. Purchase Order payments are due no later than 5 business days before the program regardless of attendance, unless otherwise arranged.
How do you register a group to receive the group discount?
You can register a group online, by fax, mail or
phone. All attendees must be registered at the same time to receive the
group discount tuition. If you are registering a group
online, the discounted tuition will be reflected on the checkout page. If
you are registering by fax or mail, please use a separate registration form
for each attendee and then fax or mail them together.
When registering online will I receive the group discount price if I register for 2 or more programs?
Yes. If you register for the number of programs that the group price is set for you will receive the group discount. Example: Group of 2 or more for $169, when registering for 2 or more programs online the $169 tuition will be reflected in the shopping cart. If it were 3 or more for $169 then you would need to register for 3 or more programs.
Will
I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, receipts are sent via email upon registration. To request a receipt, please email custserv@health-ed.com.
Do you offer a discount for registering early?
Yes. The pre-registration rate is available when registering by mail, fax, phone or online until 12 Noon Central Time the day before the program date, program space permitting.
What is a QR Code?
A QR Code (Quick Response Code) is a readable barcode that when scanned by a smart phone/mobile device will take you to the browser and URL.
How do I get the software for my smart phone?
Free software is available to download from the Internet that is specific to your smart phone/mobile device. Google free QR Code Reader to find one that is best for you.
Why should I use a QR Code?
It is a convenient way to go directly to a website page using a smart phone/mobile device. For instance, scan a QR code on a HEALTH ED brochure then it will take you to that program's page that has the "Register Now" button.
How
do I request a brochure or registration form?
The
full brochure is available as a pdf on our website program's page.

call or fax your request for a brochure copy.

How do I get directions to a program?
There is a link to the hotel on each program page on our website. Please contact the hotel.
What should I wear to the program?
Due to possible fluctuations in meeting room temperature, please dress in layers to accommodate your comfort level.
What if I can't attend the program?
To make registration changes, please email custserv@health-ed.com prior to the program for a transfer or a credit coupon that can be applied toward a future program. A refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, is possible for cancellations received no later than seven (7) business days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be granted after that date. HEALTH ED does not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.

What happens if HEALTH ED cancels the program due to an emergency?
In the unlikely event HEALTH ED has to postpone a program for an unforeseen reason (e.g., natural disaster, instructor emergency), you will be notified immediately and the program will be rescheduled. Participants will be transferred to the rescheduled course or another HEALTH ED program of their choosing. No refunds will be given. HEALTH ED does not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.
What happens if HEALTH ED cancels the program due to a non-emergency?
In the unlikely event HEALTH ED has to cancel a program for a non-emergency reason, participants will be notified and given the choice of transferring their registration to another HEALTH ED course of their choosing; receiving a coupon for the tuition amount; or receiving a tuition refund. HEALTH ED does not assume responsibility for any other expenses incurred by the registrant.

Do I have to purchase a book with my program registration?
No. The option to purchase a product along with a program registration is only available with certain programs. If that option is available it will be displayed online in the dropdown box of that program's registration page, on the program's brochure or a PDF of that program's brochure.
How
do I know if your website is secure for a credit card transaction?
Shopping cart transactions are processed with 128 bit SSL Certificates
designed for securing leading web sites, as well as intranets
and extranets. HEALTH ED assures you that data that is transmitted
in the course of placing an order or registration -- including,
but not limited to your credit card number -- will not be intercepted

What is HEALTH ED's product return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with
any of our products, simply return the product in resalable condition to us within 30 days of purchase. A refund check will be issued upon receipt.
